Our History

Founded in 1995, the Wafa Group is a multinational organisation based in Dubai, UAE, with operations in Pakistan and Afghanistan. The group’s diverse portfolio includes the import and export of food commodities and automobiles, logistics, real estate, contracting and engineering. It has also established strategic partnerships, including Arz Lebanon, a luxury restaurant in Islamabad, Pakistan, and a prominent Germany-based brand, Smiley’s Pizza. The Wafa Group holds a 50% stake in seven Smiley’s Pizza stores across Germany. The Group currently employs over 350 professionals who fully understand and align with its vision and objectives.
